Refund & Cancellation Policy
BeKind Consulting provides digital coaching and consulting services.
Due to the time-based and personalized nature of the service, payments are generally non-refundable once the program has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client needs to reschedule a call, they should provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Any payment plan, cancellation, or refund terms agreed with a client will be confirmed in writing before or during onboarding.
